weeks to process as they need to be routed to all related departments for
approvals.

Fees*:
- *We are currently
offering a “Fee Holiday,” which means you pay nothing for NEW or
RENEWAL until 8/31/2023!
- New Application: $71 + $4 DAERF Fee = $75 Total
- Annual Renewal Fee: $46 + $4 DAERF Fee = $50 Total. Additional $25.00 penalty is assessed if Registration is more than 60 days past expiration.
Businesses are required to provide the SIC (Standard Industrial Classification) Code for their business in order to verify compliance with SB205 Stormwater Permit requirements. If the business requires a stormwater inspection an additional $196.50 will be assessed for verifying compliance.
