Agreement for the collection and transportation of solid waste, recyclable
materials, organic waste, construction, and demolition debris (collection
services), and other specified services.
New resources have been
added to the SB 1383 Education
and Outreach page.
The updates include
Commercial and Multifamily implementation examples (waivers, letters, NOVs,
flyers, self-hauler information), and edible food recovery outreach information
(program examples, letters to Tier 1 and 2 generators and food recovery
organizations).
