New Portal for Agenda Management and Viewing!

The City is transitioning to a new Agenda Management Software. This system will centralize all agendas and packets into one location without having to create multiple web pages for larger documents.

From the Agenda, users will be able to click the title to view the Staff Report and various linked attachments without having to download the entire Agenda Packet; however, the Agenda Packet view will still be available for those users that prefer it.

This new system will digitize all agenda packets and minutes into a searchable portal and allow for easy downloads.

Users can verify,  update or sign up to Agenda related subscriptions by entering their email address under “Email Updates” on the Agendas & Minutes Page:

NOTE: We are having some issues with our web host regarding duplicate emails.

However, if you sign up for this distribution list, it is through a different server and should not have duplication issues.

We are working with our web host to fix the other issue and hope to have a resolution soon. Thank you for your patience.
