Happy Holidays, Wildomar!
As we head into the holiday season, I would like to encourage all of you to slow down and reflect on all the blessings in your life, both big and small. One blessing I am certainly thankful for is to be a part of this wonderful community and having the privilege to serve as your Mayor. I will soon hand the position over to the next in line and am excited to continue my support of the City as your Council Member for District 2.
I want to encourage everyone to consider supporting our local charities that have significantly impacted our community during the Holidays. I would also like to encourage you to consider supporting our local small businesses this holiday season and consider the constraints they have faced these past two years. We were fortunate to retain so many of our businesses during the pandemic shutdown, but many are still struggling to recover and thrive and now enduring a nationwide employee shortage. Please be patient and be kind to the businesses that have chosen to invest in this community.
There are plenty of exciting holiday events and activities in the City, including our upcoming Breakfast-with-Santa on Saturday, December 11th. More information on this event and other events going on in our City can be found on our City of Wildomar Facebook page.
In closing, I'd like to thank my wife and children for their support and encouragement through my tenure as your Mayor. It has been a privilege serving as the Mayor and affording my girls the opportunity to see their daddy serve this community.
I wish you the Happiest of Holidays and a healthy and safe New Year!
#GoWildomar
Sincerely,
Mayor Dustin Nigg
