Construction will begin on October 28, 2021 for the annual Road Maintenance and Rehab and Slurry Seal Project (CIP 057-1 and CIP 058). Road maintenance/rehab will occur on Lemon St. (between Citrus Grove Ln. and Gafford Rd.) and on Grand Ave. (between Jane Ct. and Clinton Keith Rd.). Slurry sealing will occur on several different streets Citywide. See the project map and list of streets for more details.

Traffic delays should be expected, and drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes during construction. Changeable Message Signs will be set up on Lemon St. and on Grand Ave., stating expected delays with specific dates and signs will be posted on slurry seal streets 48-72 hours in advance of work starting on any given street. Notices will be distributed to impacted residents and businesses. Please pay close attention to all posted signage during construction.
