Wildomar's Monthly Newsletter                        September 16, 2021
View this email in your browser
Hey Wildomar,
Last week, September 11th marked the 20-year anniversary of the horror that shook our nation on that fateful day. Being a proud Marine, I would be remiss to not mention this anniversary or give it proper attention and respect.

I’m not going to lie; watching all the tributes and footage from that day still hits home really hard. But what I am really struck with is our resiliency and how that tragedy also brought us together as a nation with a common voice. We are a nation of good people and good will always win in the end.

I really hope you find this newsletter useful, and I encourage suggestions to be sent to me ([email protected]) and/or our Economic Development Director, Kimberly Davidson ([email protected]).

#GoWildomar

Sincerely,
Mayor Dustin Nigg
On 9/3/2020, the City of Wildomar officially started the "Beautification Program." Since then, volunteers have picked up more than 1,200 bags of trash along with other miscellaneous debris. As a thank you, we honored the volunteers at our Council Meeting on 9/8/2021. NOTE: Not all volunteers were able to attend the meeting. If you have been a volunteer and did not receive a certificate, please contact Janet Morales, City Clerk, at (951) 677-7751 or [email protected]
Construction is still under way and our "new" City Hall will be open soon to the public. In our effort to make City Hall as pandemic-safe and business-friendly as possible, we have taken this “shut-down” time as an opportunity to redo City Hall.

Same location, but we will now be downstairs with appropriate safety measures and new customer service procedures in place.
