Animal Friends of the Valleys (AFV) is offering free spay and
neuter vouchers for local residents.
AFV will be visiting each city: Wildomar, Canyon Lake, Lake
Elsinore, Menifee, Murrieta, and Temecula from February 22nd-27th
to provide an easy way for residents to receive vouchers and information.
