LAST CALL for this year's Holiday Lights Contest! Entries will be accepted through Tuesday, December 8th at 5:00 p.m.

Decorating for the holidays? The City’s Holiday Lights Contest is an annual event that recognizes the efforts of the community who have decorated their homes with consideration to the holidays. The contest will be judged based on two categories: “Traditional” and “Clark Griswold”. Within each category, entries will be judged on such criteria as:

• First Impression
• Design
• Originality
• Suitability to Site
• Environmental Elements (eco-friendly lighting, including recycling, energy conservation, etc.)

There are two ways you can enter the Contest: by using our online application form on the City’s Website, or by filling out the attached flyer.

Recognition and awarding of the contest will be announced through the City’s Social Media outlets and a staff presentation of the contest results will be shown at the following scheduled City Council meeting, which is tentatively scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday December 16th, 2020.
