NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING/WORKSHOP FOR THE CITY OF WILDOMAR

2021/2029 HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE PROJECT

Public Meeting: Notice is hereby given that a public meeting/workshop has been scheduled before the City of Wildomar Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 beginning at 6:30 PM in the Wildomar City Council Chambers located at 23873 Clinton Keith Road, Suite #105, Wildomar, CA 92595. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City will be conducting this hearing electronically and details on how to participate in the hearing electronically will be included in the agenda for the meeting published on the City’s website.

Project Description:  The City of Wildomar invites the public to participate in the Planning Commission meeting set for December 2, 2020 to discuss 2021 / 2029 Housing Element Update project.  The Housing Element establishes goals, policies, and implementation measures are intended to guide the development of housing in the City of Wildomar.  Please join the Commission and Staff to learn more about the update process, an overview of Housing Element state requirements, and share your ideas on how the City can improve its housing opportunities for existing and future Wildomar residents.  If you cannot join via this zoom meeting, you may submit written comments to the Planning Director, Matthew Bassi, at [email protected] any time prior to the meeting.
