WILDOMAR, CA – On Tuesday, March 17, 2020, the Wildomar City Council held a Special Council Meeting at 6:30 p.m. where they adopted a Resolution proclaiming the existence of an emergency situation and local emergency due to the worldwide spread of COVID-19.
