Press Release - Non-Profit Public Service Funding Application Submittal Period

“The
Wildomar City Council has initiated a special one-time funding program for
Fiscal Year 2019/20 for non-profit public service organizations. This
program will replace the City’s typical Community Development Block Program
(CDBG) funding cycle for this next fiscal year only. Eligible non-profit
organizations (501(c)(3)) are invited to submit funding applications which can
be found on the city’s website at www.cityofwildomar.org.
Applications
will be accepted from April 3, 2019 through May 1, 2019 (by 5 p.m.).
Please submit (2) wet signed hard-copy paper applications and a copy of the
application package and back-up materials on a flash drive or CD (Pdf
format). Please submit your application materials to:

The
City Council will review these applications with special emphasis given to
projects that have a direct/specific benefit to the City of Wildomar and its
residents. The funding is limited to a total amount of $17,500.
Final determination of funding will be made by the City Council during their FY
2019/20 budget hearing which is tentatively set for June 26, 2019.
The Council meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers located at 23873
Clinton Keith Road, Suite #105/106, Wildomar, CA 92595 beginning at 6:30 p.m.
